DIY Hand Sanitizer: How to calculate the right percentage

According the the CDC, soap and water works great to keep your hands clean of COVID-19. But if soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.

There are plenty of DIY hand sanitizer formulas online. But the key is to get the proportions correct. I’m sharing my Google Sheet where you can easily calculate your own mixture. Feel free to download and use:
